Old School is the New School, and Neil Tjin and Collin Tjin are combining their old school flavor (Neil 41) and new school (Collin 11) on this insane 1994 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ80 that they are building for the Thule/Tepui booth at this year’s SEMA show. The elder Tjin had a 1994 Land Cruiser when he was in high school, where he and his then girlfriend (now wife of 19 years, Mei) used to go on early morning dates. So Tjin wanted to recreate those memories with is custom BASF Army Green Land Cruiser. Tjin Edition teamed up with LR Autobody for this complete makeover, and fabrication specialist Unique Fabrication were brought in to build the custom front bumper, side steps, rear bumper, and ladder. The front-end of the Land Cruiser stands out with the matte black accents, Japanese headlights, corner lights and snorkel. Since the Army Green Land Cruiser will be debuting in the Thule / Tepui booth, it is outfitted with tons of Thule goodies and a Tepui tent. Inside the Land Cruiser you will find all new carpet, all Orange leather RoadWire seats, a booming blue-tooth audio system by Kicker-audio and a Delta VS storage rack and center console upgrade, along with a Coleman Powersport go-kart. The Land Cruiser suspension, brakes, wheels and tires have been upgraded thanks to Eibach Suspension, Baer Brakes, Falken tires and Fuel wheels. The rear of the Land Cruiser also makes a statement thanks to the Wilco Off-Road Hitch gate, Falken / Fuel 5^th wheel, custom Unique Fabrication rear bumper, ladder and custom exhaust. Participants include: Optima Batteries (battery), and PowerTank (air system).
