We are a truck show for all Chevrolet & GMC trucks.
This event is ALWAYS the first Friday and Saturday in August. Yes, we know a lot of other events occur on this same weekend but we have our dates set and we hope you join us. We have increased our admission rates for 2023 as our costs continue to go up. Our family personally pays for this event (without sponsors) so we hope you understand that we are still trying to keep this event very affordable but also practical. We sincerely hope you all have a great time.
We plan on making this a full two-day event with a cruise thru town on Friday night.

Highlights:
Gates open @ 8am on Friday; Saturday 8am - ?
Friday: Registration 9AM – 6 PM
Friday: Cruise thru Richmond, drivers meeting at 6:30PM
Saturday: Drive thru judging 9AM – 1PM
Saturday: Awards @ 3PM
Saturday: Dirt Flat Drags @ 6PM
Cost:
Show trucks: $20/truck
Spectators: $10/vehicle
**This ONE-TIME admission charge gets you into the event all weekend. We will give you an armband or dash card at the gate.
FRIDAY:
8am – Gates open – USE “L” STREET GATE
9am – 6pm – Registration in the Expo Center

6pm – line trucks up for the truck cruise thru Richmond.
**We will line trucks up at the Salisbury Gate (outside of the Expo Center)
6:30pm – drivers meeting in the Expo Center
6:30pm – 50/50 drawing for Friday
6:45pm – cruise leaves the fairgrounds and heads to the East side of town
SATURDAY:
8am – Gates open – USE “L” STREET GATE
8am – 12pm – registration in the Expo Center

9am – 1pm – DRIVE THRU JUDGING
**THIS IS AN ALL GM EVENT, all years of GMC and Chevy can compete in the Midwest Truck Nationals
3pm – awards and other giveaways/raffles & 50/50 drawing
4pm – 5pm – all award winners head to the South side of the Expo Hall for photos
6pm – DIRT FLAT DRAGS (free admission with armband/dash card. Participants in the event will be charged a fee to enter their truck)
PARTS/SWAP MEET:
PLEASE BRING YOUR PARTS!! There is no extra fee to sell parts. Your admission fee is all you will pay. There is a designated area for parts vendors.
OTHER VENDORS:
This year, we are changing what we charge our merchandise/food vendors. More details to come.
CAMPING:
YES, there is PLENTY of space for camping.
$30 for camping.
Water and electric hookups available
You must vacate the grounds by NOON on Sunday. Please do not arrive any earlier than Thursday at 5pm
NOTES:
No pets
No alcohol
No golf carts UNLESS you are staff OR have and display a handicap placecard
No motorized bikes
No scooters
No side by sides
Use common sense. We want this to be a safe and fun event for everyone.
We are not responsible for accidents or injuries during the event.
SECURITY:
There will be officers on the grounds all day and night on Friday and allday Saturday. This is a 100-acre fenced facility.
