Vehicle Story
This is the #MAXWagon. It is our 1965 Plymouth Belvedere I station wagon. The car is a former Montana DOT car and was originally a 273 3spd car that now has a 500" stroker with original max wedge induction system. It also sports an 18 spline HEMI 4spd with custom built Dana 60. This car is much more than meets the eye and gets a ton of attention everywhere it goes. The car was at MuscleCars At The Strip in Las Vegas in 2023 where it won the Project Car of the year award. It has also been featured in the October 2023 issue of Mopar Collectors Guide magazine where it was also the cover car.
We have not raced it with the new engine yet, but hope to very soon. You will get to see the MAXWagon Shenanigans on my YouTube channel, Shade Tree Vintage Auto. You can also view its playlist here.
