1969 Ford F100 2002 Ford Lightning Chassis Swap Supercharged 5.4

We build custom cars and trucks at the V8 Speed & Resto Shop, and here, the V8 Speed & Resto Shop Crew swapped a 1969 Ford F100 Ranger cab and bed on a 2002 Ford Lightning chassis with a supercharged 5.4 V8 to create "ThundersTruck", a restomod truck that looks like 1969 but drives like a modern lightning. The entire 2002 chassis was used, including the supercharged 5.4 liter V8, E4OD overdrive transmission, ABS brakes, and suspension from the Lightning while keeping the stock envelope of the 1969 F100 Ranger. In this installment, we paint and reassemble the chassis, do some dyno tuning, and drive the finished truck!
