JRi Shocks is excited to announce their latest project, the Super Nova- JRi Technology Demonstrator 004 has arrived back to the JRi Shocks facility after making its debut at the SEMA Show. Super Nova was unveiled at SEMA 2016 and was well received by the press and the public. “The intention of this car was to showcase the JRi Shocks Technology and provide a demonstrator vehicle where people can Discover the JRi Advantage,” states Jeff Ryan, Technical Director of JRi Shocks. This 1970 Chevrolet Nova was built by Customs by BigUn located in Mooresville, NC. “I was proud to be a part of this epic restoration project. All of the features on the Nova are custom one-off touches created to accent the car and take the performance to the next level,” says Eric Yost, owner of Customs by BigUn. The classic Nova features a Detroit Speed suspension with JRi Hydraulic Ride Height System and the patented JRi JRide® Electronic Damping Control System, custom exhaust by Kooks Headers & Exhaust and Customs by BigUn, the newest generation of Edelbrock intakes, a 370 ci HED built LS3 motor, Nick Williams 102mm throttle bodies, a Holley Dominator ECU and Autometer Gauges.
